Who is behind 9 PLUS Property Management

Introducing, my name is Andrea, I am originally from the Netherlands. I am the owner of a 10-person holiday villa named Casa Verde, at the Golf & Spa resort Bonalba. In 2017 I started renting out my villa. Due to my on-site presence, other villa owners asked me to help them with their rental activities. 

That is why I started 9 PLUS Property Management. The goal is to let owners and landlords get more out of their holiday villas, and that our guests will have a super carefree vacation.

I now am working with a team of devoted cleaners, gardeners and Poolman. For the IT technical part of my business, I can rely on the perfect relationship that I have with my suppliers.

During my working life in the Netherlands, I was responsible for a paramedical practice. The organizational part of my work at the time appears to be very useful in my current activities. I have refined my hobby photography into real estate photography and home styling.
