The top one opens onto the terrace and garden where the pool is located. On this floor are the living room, kitchen, three large bedrooms with air conditioning and two modern bathrooms. Adjacent to the large living room (almost 50 m2) is the spacious veranda with a wonderful view of the golf course. This floor is the one that is rented out in the base. An ideal place to spend a holiday with six people in luxury and space.
But there's more! The 'bonus' that you will receive as a guest. On the lower floor, there is another bedroom, a bathroom and a spacious game room. The bedroom has two comfortable beds, instead of air conditioning there is a ceiling fan. It is relatively cool on this lower floor. Next to the bedroom is a spacious fully fitted bathroom. And to make this 'bonus' floor really interesting; there is also a large room for games, watching TV, gaming or just reading a book in peace. Because of this floor, it is perfectly possible to enjoy the house with eight people.
Villa Anja is regularly occupied by the owners themselves. This guarantees a complete design of a high standard. The kitchen is fully equipped with all conceivable appliances. Herbs and olive oil may be used under the principle of 'replenish when it's gone'. On the terrace, there is enough shade and sun, you will also find the barbecue, sunbeds, various seating areas and of course the private swimming pool.

When we first saw this villa, it was immediately clear to us. This villa will be ours. Love at first sight so to speak. What a space and what a beautiful location. And what possibilities this house offers. We immediately forgot all the houses we looked at earlier. Today we have not regretted our purchase for a second.
